Doyle Pickering in British hospitalPvt. Doyle L. Pickering was wounded in Belgium Dec. 29,1944, and is now receiving treatment in a hospital in England, according to word received by hi* wife, Mrs.-^OFAcEiiT FI2E-ering, who, with their year old son, Elliott Ross, is making her home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elliott R. Davis, Route 1, Lincoln.Private Pickering is the son of Mr. and Mrs.Pvt* Pickering. ross Pickering, Minden, Neb-, and before entering the army in June, 1944, was a maintenance foreman for rural electrification in the western part of the state. He wrote his wife March 5 that he was improving.
