Fellem, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fellem, 743 Jackson St., is serving with the Second Armored Division in Germany,A veteran of the Korean lighting, Fellem has been awarded the Korean and United Nation Service Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal andDistinguished Service Emblem. Before going to Germany, he was stationed at Camp Lucas, Mich,, with an anti-aircraft artillery battalion. Fellem entered the Army in January. 1951.
