COMING UNEXPECTEDAfter 15 months’ service overseas, Sergt. Richard McCabe, Co. D, 104th, j returned Monday on the Nebraska, and is now at Camp Devens awaiting his discharge. Sergt. McCabe enlisted in j March, 1917, in Co. C, but later at j Westfield when Co. I was split up he was transferred to Co. D, 104th, and in October, 1917, left with them for overseas duty. His coming was entirely unexpected and a pleasant surprise to his folks at home.
