Troxell was graduated from. sj Gettysburg high school in 1936 and j a j attended Thiel college, Greenville J j-i He enlisted in the Air Corps in 1941. \| During his training as a pilot of a ! * pursuit plane he was stationed at j j Keesler Field, Mississippi; Scott j j Field, Illinois; Eagle Pass. Texas, j 3 and last August was graduated from Hillsborough Field, Tampa, Florida.Following his graduation at Hillsborough he spent a brief leave at his home, his only leave during hts j c period in service. ; *A brother.
