DESERTEDFROM the recruiting rendezvous in Ila-gcrs-iown, on the night of the 2dfrii February, I a 12, William Wej.sh, by profession a Shoemaker ; says lie is 22 years old and born in Philadelphia, 5 feet 11 inches high, of a fair complexion, brown eyes, dark hair, his clothing not recollected. Whoever uill apprehend said William Welsh, and deliver him up to any rcciuiting officer, military post, or confine him in gaol, will be paid a reward of Ten Dollars.JOHN MILLER, Lieut.Hagerstown, (Md.)
