STATE OS' INDIANA, * g* .Elkhart Cocntt y *Application for Administration of Estate of {JACOB STOTTS, an Absentee. fIn Common Pleas Court of Elkhart County, May Term, 1SC4.WHEREAS, it has been shown by the complaint and affidavit of a disinterested person filed in my office that said Jaocb Stotts, formerly a resident of said county and State, has absented himself therefrom for more than five years last past and has not been heard from during all that time; also showing the necessity of administration on estate of said absentee. Now the said Jacob Stotts is hereby notified of thv pendency of said application for the appointment of an admistrator of his estate, and that the same will stand for hearing in said Court at the next term thereof to be begun and held at the Court House in Goshen, in said county on the first Monday of May 1864, when aud where the said Jacob Stotts is required to appear or said suit will be heard and determined in his absence,ASA A.
