KIMBLF COl'NTVLOSES FIRSTSON IN AC TIONI Lt. Glenn R. Hodgts, who was ‘ killed in action over Itaiy on January 24, 1944. was the first Kimble County son to fall in World War II. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Hodges, received word of his death on February 24.
