1945 - 40 Years AgoSeven Swan River rinks arc taking part in the Minitonas bonspiel, the rinks are Curtis, Corbett. Munro, Campbell. Marlatt, McKenna and Johansen. The first three have lost two games and are now in the consolation event, the others are still hanging on. Marlatt and Johansen being undefeated. Word has been received that Corp Jack Elliott and Pte. Stan Mault have been wounded in action in Germany. Jack went overseas with the Camerons and was in the Dieppe raid.
