Wayne Vine, 28, Duluth, Minn,, a weapons system officer, was killed when his parachute failed to open, the San Bernardino County coroner's office said.The pilot, Maj. Alien J. Harri, 40, also of Duluth, was reported in good condition at a military hospital after he was injured slightly in parachuting into rugged terrain.
