AWARD PRESENTED!! TO SGT. MONROET-Sgt. Leonard H Monroe, I stationed with the 7310th Ma- I teriel Squadron, Rhein-Main Air M Force Base, Germany, has earned an award from the Air LForce for his suggestion of a wrench for removing hydrator i j caps on aircraft. USon of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Monroe of 400 Wis. St., Sgt. U j Monroe has been in the Air lt;Force about 14 years and re- J j turned last. June from a year’s n service in Vietnam. His wife and son, Michael, are with hjm in Germany.The award of $55 and a special certificate were presentedto the sergeant in late January. The wrench, which he designed I as a time saving and more economical device aimed to simpli-I fy work and improve methods, is now being used at the base in aircraft maintenance.
