SHERIFF’S SALE.By virtue of a decree of the Case Circuit Court, rendered May 27th, 1840, and revived November 18th, 1852m and execution issued thereon by the Clerk of the Cass Circuit Court, and to me directed, I will offer for sale, on'8A TURD A F, the 2th DAY of MARCH, 1853,At the door of the Court House, in Logttasport, Cass County, Indiana, between the hours of 10 o’clock, A. M., and 4 o’clock* F. of said day, the rents and profits* for the term of seven (7) years, of the following described real estate, to-wit:Three certain pieces or parcels of land on Eel river, including the upper falls of said Bel river, with the Mills built by David Miller, John Tipton and others, and known by the name of the Union Mills, being the lot or fractional south-east quarter of section number fourteen, (14) ur Township twenty-seven (27), north of range two (2) east, containing thirty-six acres and sixty-five hundredths, of an acre; also the lot or south fraction of the south-east quarter of section number fourteen (14), in township twenty-seven (27), north of range two (2) east,' containing forty-six acres and one half of an acre,— —also, the Lot or west half of the south-east quarter of section number fourteen (14), in township twenty-seven (27), north of range two (2) east, containing fifty-six acres and forty-seven hundredths of an acre, together with all the privileges and* appurtenances to the same in anywise appertafrtizJjjr or belonging, and in case the rents and profits fail to bring the amount demanded by said writ, I will at the same time and place offer for sale all the right, title, intct end estate of David Miller, Andrew Martin, Bees Morgan and David Miller, administrator, and others in the above described real estate, to satisfy a judgment in favor of John 8. Patterson and George T.
