Fremont SoldierCited For ValorA Fremont soldier's bravery, under intense enemy lire during the recent Viet Cong attempt to blow up the huge U.S. Army ammunition depot at Long Binh last month, lias been rewarded with the Army Commendation Medal and “V for valor ribbonThe decorated soldier is Pfc. Jon Nicholson, 21, only son ofMr. and Mrs. Larry Nicholson, 39370 Sutter Drive.
