M., June 29.—Did you ever ride on the Human Roulette Wheel?You will have that privilege at the Thirtieth Annual New Mexico Fair next October. This is one of the unique features of the Parker Carnival Company, the largest carnival company in the world which is coming to the fair. It is an immense fifty foot wheel on which you whirl around until you are bounced off against a padded bank. The man who stays on the longest wins the roulette game.This is only one of the merry amusement devices which will transform the carnival park at Albuquerque into a Coney Island next October.You can hardly afford to miss it.A gigantic statehood float, the most gorgeous thing of the kind ever attempted, will be the feature par excellence of the great annual parade at the Thirtieth Annual Fair and first State Fair at Albuquerque in October next. The exact nature of this immense float in the annual pageant is kept a secret, but plans are well under way to make it something that will be historic. The coming of statehood means that the first fair held after the star is added to the flag will be the most tremendous exposition of the resources of New Mexico ever held.
