Necrason, son of Victor and Jeanette S. Necrason of Winter Park, Florida, formerly of Oneonta and Franklin, New York was commissioned a 2Dd LI In the U.S. Air Force on May 13 at Lackland A.F. Base, San Antonio, Texas, by his uncle, Retired Maj. Gen. C. F. Necrason who is now Adj. Gen. of the State of Alaska.Lt. Necrason is a 1967 graduate of Florida State University with a B,S. in Government. After ROTC training as Florida State was chosen for Officers Training School at Lackland on Feb. 20th in theJ. S. Necrason gets barsvisiting their parents. Jim left Winter Park June 15 for Travis Air Force Base in California from where he will fly to Japan to hegin a three year tour of duty at Yokota Air Force Base, just outside of Tokyo. He will serve as Squadron Section Commander for the 347th Field Maintenance Squadron at Yokota.Ills wife. Sheryl, is staying with her parents, Mr. and -Mrs. Nelson Eagle, of Orlando until LL Necrason finds suitable housing facilities for them when she will join her husband in Japan.
