Emanuel Lofquist Will Enter Annapolis.Passed Successful Examination for Cadetship Last January—He is Eighteen Years of Age.Intelligence was received in this city at a late hour yesterday of the result o fthe examinations held in Januaryfor West Point and Annapolis appointments. Emanuel A. Lofquist. son of J. A. Lofquist. of the firm of Salter Lofquist, having received the best rating in the examination for admission to the naval academy is declared the candidate. Nat. L.
