He has been ordered to Annapolis today.Rittenhouse attended Lincoln school while residing here and was a graduate of United Township high school. He attended Augustana college for two years.His appointment came through the Naval Reserve, which gives 16(1 appointments each year. He has been a member of Naval Reserve Division 923, Moline, for two years.
