Col. WarnerNEDERLAND-Jack D.Warner, Jr., has been promoted in the U.S. Air Force to the rank of colonel.Warner is an assistant deputy commander for maintenance atMyrtle Beach Air Force Base, S.C.He is the son of Betty Durke of Nederland.The colonel graduated in 1965 from Nederland High School and in 1969 received a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University, Beaumont.
