Lt. Robert Hobbs Jr. Receives PromotionFORT JACKSON. S. C. (Special)—Robert J. Hobbs Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Hobbs of 1645 A street northeast. Miami, Okla., was recently promoted to first lieutenant.His silver bar was pinned on by Capt. Alexander Rusanowsky, commander of the Fort Jackson Non-Commissioned Officers Academy. Lt. Hobbs is operations officer of the academy.He and his wife, Helen, and their five-month-old son, Robert J. Ill, reside at Apartment 1-D, Woodland Terrace, Columbia, S.C.
