Military MattersTbe Norfolk Blues, a light artillery company of one hundred and thirty-three men, in charge of Capt. Paul W. Kear, formerly of Van Wert, is being 'recruited to war strength of one hundred and seventy-seven men and will mobilize at Richmond. Capt, Kear is a son of W, M. Kear, formerly of West Maple avenue, and a brother of Capt. Oarleton R Kear, of the United States Navy.
