Robert E. Ward, Jr. has been promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro,N.C. He is the son of Robert E. Marie T. Ward, Sr. of Rotonda West.He is married to the former Debbie Schroeder of Englewood. Sgt. Ward is a 1983 graduate of Lemon Bay High School and a former member of the ROTC unit at the school.
