Manuel has joined the United States Army under the Delayed Entry Program at the U.S. Army Recruiting Station in Port Arthur.Manuel is a 2000 graduate of Nederland High School, reported to Fbrt Benning, Ga., for basic training on June 15.He is the son of Katherine Dupree of Nederland and James K. Manuel of Port Neches.
