Pleasant. He is a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.James E. Niggemeyer of FontMadison has been promoted to airman first class in the United States Air Force.Airman Niggemeyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry J. Niggemeyer of 2803 Avenue I, is a former student at Catholic Central high school. He is assigned to the 11th Transportation Squadron here as an automotive repairman.
