77 Men Ordered To Report June 21 For Army ExamsSeventy-seven from the Uh-richsville district Selective Service board have been ordered to report June 21 for army examination and possible induction. It ^as announced that no man who was married before the draft law was passed and who is maintaining a bona fide family relationship, is included in the call unless he has made application for voluntary induction.The board said it has not yet been informed whether the 14-day furlough will be in effect but that inquiry has been made of state headquarters and a reply is expected shortly.Names of those called from Newcomerstown and vicinity are John C. Richardson, John E. Good-all, Harold E. Rothenstein, Paul H. Miller, Denver G. Stoffer, Max E. Tyhurst, George D. Wolfe, Ted E. Denning, Elmer H. Sneary, Willard D. Beal and William E. Lar-rison from Newcomerstown; Joseph A. Taylor from Peoh; Eugene R. Hammersley (transferred from Manassas, Va.), Virgil G. Bartho-low. Cecil K. Little and Andrew G. Adams (transferred from Cambridge), from Port Washington.Lafayette gave an inspiring talk about the customs of our South American neighbors.Ptefreshments were served to Mrs. Yoder, Evelyn.
