Slaughterers MustFile ReportsAll Class 2 slaughterers will be required to file reports with their OPA district offices within 30 days after the close of each slaughter-3 u o t a period, showing the live veight in pounds for each species if livestock they slaughtered or had :ustom slaughtered during the luota period, the OPA has an-lounced.Included in the classification of^lass 2 slaughterers (under Con-rol Order 1 are non-fedcrally in-pected commercial slaughterers md retail slaughterers, as well as my persons, other than farm laughterers. who have livestock ustom slaughtered for them—re-[ardless of whether iF~is done by federally inspected or a non-fed-rally inspected establishment.The information that will be urnished on the reports is needed n order to enforce the provisions f Control Order 1, which limits he amount of slaughter that may lt;e done by the non-federally in-pected plants.
