Cemeterv in Rock Falls. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2 4 and 7-9 p mMrs Rowbottom was born March 27. 1903 in Fraser. Iowa the daughter of James and Rose Elsburv Duncan. She was united in marriage to Fred Pepper who preceded her in death and later united in marriage to Herbert K RowbottomShe is surv ived by her husband, Herbert F one daughter. Joy E Felton of Rock Island, four sons. Arthur L. Pepper and DaleE. Pep per both of Sterling .John A. Pepper of Rock Falls and Walter D Pepper of Chicago four half* sisters. Mrs Ralph (Marielym Kenowskt of Bruno. Minn . Mrs. James lt;Eleanor* Fordyce of Rock Falls. Mrs Dean (Mammiei Hatfield of Central Valley. Calif, and Mrs Ivan(Dorothy) Crofton of Largo. Fla., two half brothers. Lawrence Duncan of Rock Falls and Ray Duncan of Sterling. 13 grandchildrenforu great-grandchildrenShe was preceded by her parents, her first husband; one son.
