Charters Will Make AddressService Scheduled to Start at 8 O’ClockThirty-one names of Norwichhigh school alumni and formerstudents appear on the gold starlist of the war memorial service program sponsored by the StudentCouncil and to he held in theschool auditorium at 8 o'clock, Monday night The public is invited to participate in the service.Address of the service will be given by Rev. Lloyd S, Charters, rector of Emmanuel Episcopal church and former navy chaplain.
