Mr. Ward's address contained many oomio and pa-thetio inoidents connected with the history of the regiment.The orator touched on the unveiling of the Confederate Soldiers' monument in Riohmond and denounced in unmeasured terms the displaying of the Confederate flag on that occasion. Even the discussion or study of the prineiples which actuated the Confederates should be interdioted. The election of officers resulted as follows:Jlonorary President—GolonelJW. G.
