Li. Foy Cligman in FloridaLt. Foy Ray Clingman, 1940 Bowie High School graduate, has now been assigned to the Army Air Center at Tallahassee, Florida, for advanced training with a fighter group. Lt. Cling-man is the son of Mrs. Irving Head of Bowie and worked his wav through Bowie High School and Chanute College in Kansas before entering the flight training. He received his wings in i Thunderbird Field in Arizona.
