11 Vi«*t VeteransAdmitted to VFViEleven Viet Nam veterans were admitted into the local Veterans of Foreign Wars at its regular meeting Wednesday night at the post home on Linden Street.Admitted were: William I).Chiodo, 3 Tampa Court; Ed ward R. Clevenger, 3(1 Lebanon Ave.; Ronald B. Danylin, 30 Plinn St.; Emmanuel J. E. De Luce, 10 South Atlantic Ave.; Frank E. Dubiski, 272 Bradford St.; Raymond M. Dunham, 30 Charles St.; Mark .J. Meirowitz, 07 Taconic St.; Harold L. Meu-nier, 113 Appleton Ave.; Alfred J. Pires, 139 Lincoln St.; William L. Platz, 22 Arlington St.; and David R. Volin. 39 Meleca Ave., all of Pittsfield.Mario J. Cassinelli, membership chairman, announced the closing of the 1900 membership drive with 040. The figure is a slight increase over last year'stotal of 633.The post unanimously endorsed Edward Dubiski, past post commander, for the senior vice commander’s office in the district encampment to be held Sunday afternoon at the local post, starting at 2.30 p.m.
