Richard Fulton In 3-Day Tests! PENN RUN - Pfc Richard L. Fulton, whose wife Ruth Ann, lives in Indiana, Pa., recently partici-Ipated with other personnel fromi I the 8th Division’s 504th Infantry inj j annual Army training tests near Wiesbaden, Germany.The three-day tests, which were designed to determine individual and unit efficiency under simulated combat conditions, included both day and night maneuvers and stressed the role of Fulton's unit in both the attack and in defense. At the conclusion of the tests,| members of the 504th were air-■ lifted by helicopter to Manlz where they are regularly stationed, i The 20-year-oid soldier, son of 'Mr. and Mrs, Irvin L. Fulton, Penn Run, is a machine gunner in the infantry’s Company B. He entered the Army in August 1959 and completed basic training at Fort 'Jackson, S. C.
