Miller, jr., was named leader of the Fort Thomasgroup, with Earl W. Lowe, Robert E. Mann, and Andrew Hopkins as his assistants. Others in the group were W. M. Bennett, Orville C. Garten, David T. Lilly, E. L. Keaton, Dennis E. Garten, Blaine M. Crook, Harry C. Johnson, and Odie O. Meador.Meador had originally registered in Princess Ann county, Va., and Hopkins in Newport, Ky.John F. Hutchison was named leader of the Huntington group with Ralph J. Rhodes as assistant. Others in the group were Mason T Bennett, Herbert T. Bowles, James E. Ward, jr., Elree H. Farley andDewey J. Deeds.The draft status of three men was changed at a meeting of the board recently. Herbert O. Bur- i dett was changed from 2-A to 1-A, Orval F.
