Death of Colonel Wheeler.Colonel John Wheeler, of the 20th Indiana Regiment, formerly editor of the Crown Point JXegieter, wm killed in the late battle of Gettysburg, Penn. He went into the 20th as Captain, but was soon promoted to the Majority of that regiment, and by the death of Colonel Brown he became commander of that battle-worn band. Col. Wheeler was a kind and affable gentleman and a good eftioerratid by hts death the country and hi* large circle of friends sustain a great \on,~—Mem$e lair Gazette.
