JfcgJ arrived h* re June 1st. and was assigned to my regiment and troop about eight days afterward.We have been drilling eight hours a day since the 15th of June and it sure gets next to some of the eastern fellows, as it Is so high here. I have seen as many as seven men drop in ranks tn half .* day.
