Hfignlars at the State Fair.Genl Theodore A. Wint, commanding the Department of the Missouri, has informal Congressman Mondeil that he has recommended to the Department of War that the headquarters, band and ten troops of the Tenth Cavalry be assembled at Douglas during the state fairOf these, two troops will march from Fort McKenzie and the balance from Fort Robinson.This recommendation is m response to a roots Lit letter of Mr, Mondeil to Genl Wirjt.The assembling of the regular soldiers will, with the encamp* meat of the state militia, add much to the interest at the statefair.
