Guard CompaniesLeave For CampLocal Units At Camp Grayling1 Until Aug. 9Two local National Guard companies, the medium tank and headquarters companies of 293rd Infantry regiment left for the. annual summer encampment at Camp Grayling, Mich., last night.Lieut. Paul Viney is in charge of headquarters company, with a personnel of 47r and Captain Ed Porter is in command of the tank company with seven officers and S3 enlisted men.Officers of the first battalion ofthe regiment, beaded by Lt. CobWillis Sand, have made the trip in private cars. .The units will break camp Saturday, Aug. 9 and return to Logans-port.Tank Company personnel includes: Lieutenants: Darrell C.Bachman, Paul J.
