Knudson, Washington While there will doubtless be many changes in the above list, those whose names appear, or those who have heard that they are liable, should ascertain the fact by phoning or calling on Dr. Proctor, clerk of the local exemption board. Within three days after the master list has been received, those who are to be examined will be notified by mail to appear. Failure to receive notice however, will not be accepted as an excuse for not being present. The num* fer to be drafted for this country will depend upon the number who join the guards before the list arrives. At present the quota is about 50. 200 percent of the number needed will be called. They will be examined in three sections, the first section to be examined in five days after receipt of .the master sheet, the second section in six days, and the section in seven dayB, Those wishing to claim exemption may call for the necessary form at the office of the board. No claims will be noticed until after notice of draft ia given and examination is made.■■■« i ■ ■■■ »— ■—.School Financelaoo a i tt- t l. , . XT [Continued from First Page]882—And. E.
