July 25, 189S.Order No. 1.—All members of the company heretofore known as the Sons of Veterans5 Reserve, but now assigned as Company II, First regiment, Ohio Sons of Veterans' volunteers, will assemble at the armory, corner Fifth anS Chlllicothe streets, Portsmouth, Ohio, on Thursday evening, July 28, 1698, at 7 o'clock, for muster into the volunteer service of the state as a National Guard.Only, Sons‘of Veterans or those eligible to membership in the order can be mustered at this time.Persons desiring to unite with this company can do so by reporting to the undersigned ou or before the time of muster. Ages, between 18 and 45 years. Those under 21 years must have written consent of parents or guardians. IIeighth of men not less than 5 feet,'5 inches and weight between 120 and 190 pounds. All must be of good character and habits, able-bodied and free from disease.A. J.
