II11/essrs. Lith-Oorrkctiok.—We have been informed that we were mistaken, in stating yesterday that Philip Pfan, formerly of the Federal army, was among the Morgan prisoners. We have just been shown a dispatch fro gow Co., founders, in Louisville, Ky,. stating that Philip Pfau was there, and we are informed that he has been there for four months. And, so far from being among the rebels, he was Captain in a volunteer militia company, a week or two since, to go from Louisville to meet Morgan. We are also informed that instead of being dismissed from the Federal service, he resigned the captaincy of the Washington Dragoons, on account of a rearrangement of officers, requiring a reduction of the number.
