A bin; authorizing commissioners courts to purchase machine guns and tear gas guns and bombs for their peace enforcement departments, does not appear to have a chance of passage.The machine gun was purchased at a cost of $452.69 from the Federal Laboratories Inc.. of Pittsburgh, Pa.
