Village of WiotaIs 100 Years OldDarlinKtnn—-Celebrating: the founding of Fort Hamilton in 18J8, residents of Wiota, south of here, and of LaFayette county gathered for a centennial program and picnic Friday. A feature of the day was the unveiling of a memorial to Col. William Stephen Hamilton, youngest son of Alexander Hamilton, its founder. Philip LaFol-lette, Prof. E. G. Doudna, Frank Higgins, Madison, and Judge J. D. Simpson were speakers.
