Wiue-land, adjutant general of the Indian Territory Volunteer Militia, reports fair progress in organizing the two regi- : meets, especially the Second, which now has two full battalions drilling reg- ! ularly and taking an interest in thework.The colonel of the Second regiment has made all appointments in the baud, Pfcof. Eisenberg being the chief musician.Oapt. Thompson of company E, atPryor Creek, reports everything in good shape in his company. He is senior captain of the Second battalion, Second regiment.Lieut. Col. Rambo reports the election of officers in companies I, K and L at Mounds, Bixby and Tulsa.CJ. S. Marshal Colbert of Ardmore says he cannot accept the colonelcy of the First regiment.Enlistment blanks, roll books, election icports, etc, can be had upon application to the adjutant general. f
