Geld Star Soldierr of Jefferson County.The “Gold Star Honor Roll” of Indiana, published by the Indiana Historical Commission, a handsome volume of 750 pages, containing sketches and portraits of the State’s soldiers and nurses who died in the world war, is now ready for distribution. The nearest of kin of each dead soldier is entitled to one of these books free. In Jefferson county the Historical Society, through Mr. Cott-man, its director, is entrusted with the distribution, and those entitled will receive them by calling at the historical society building, near the railway station in Madison and signing for them.
