Florida and later will be assigned to sea duty. He has been residing In Pannaway Manor since 1942.Two other officers at the Portsmouth yard have been assigned to duty outside the continental limits of the United States. Lt, H. S. Macdonald, USNR (SC) and Ensign B, J, pond, USNR (SC), both of: whom have been on duty here for some time, will leave shortly for other duties.
