Jtjhn Kinser, Marine, Dies From Wounds“Killed In Action”Gjommander. Wires B,toy's Mother Here1CJohn A. Kinser, 19, son of Mrs. J. B. Kinser, has been killed in action while serving with the United States Marines, according to official- notification received by his mother from the Commanding General of the United States Marine Corps.The telegram was received by Mrs. Kinser while she was doing Red Cross work at the Armoryhere. The telegram requested that the) area in which he had been serving not be made public.It: read We regret to inform you that your son, John A. Kinser has been killed in action-while in performance of his duty. We extend our deep sympathy.'1Mrs. Kinser collapsed upon receipt of the telegram. It was just one year ago today (Friday, July 14) that her husband died. Marine Kinser, who was then in training at San Dego, was given a furlough at that time to come here to attend his fathers funeral. **John A. Kinser ^received his education in Casa Grande high school, was president of his class in his freshman year,* president of the Student . Body. in his junior year, and \was elected to serve in the same capacity in his senior year, but was called into service on May 14, 1943. He graduated thi3 year, but was not present to receive his diploma, being in service. He was interested in all athletics, and played baseball, basketball arid football each scEbol year. He was very popular with his school mates, says Calc: C. Smith, superintendent of the high school. John was born on April 6. 1925.Besides his mother, Mrs. J. E.
