COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo, — U.S. Air Force Captain Larry W. Boyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry W. Boyer, Rural Valley RD 1, Pa., has arrived for duty at Ent AFB, here,Captain Boyer has assumed command of a detachment of the 47th Communications Group, part of the Aerospace DefenseCommand, which protects the U. S. against hostile aircraft and missiles. He previously served at Tyndall AFB, Fla.The captain was commissioned in 1964 through theOfficer Training Corps program. Laokland AFB, Tex.A 1959 graduate of Shannock Valley High School, he received his B.A. degree in educationAirman First Class Ronald T. Venderlic, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore T. Venderlic of 208First St., Freeport, is on dutywith the Strategic Air Command at U-Tapao Airfield, Thailand.Airman Venderlic, a jet engine mechanic, is assigned to the 307th Straetgic Wing.
