IN MEMORIAMIn memory of Pvt Warren G. Blrcher, who was killed In action June fi. if44. In FranceMr and Mrs George Bi-cher cf York Run received word that their son. Pvt Warren G Blrcher, was killed In action June 6, 1944. In France Pit Rircher was with the paratroopers He received his basic training at Fort Benning. Ga , and was later sent to Fort Brass. N C. He was among the first to answer the call for enlisted men H° entered the service January 29. 1942, and had been overseas slree September. 1943. and was stationed in England until the invasion He is survived by his parents, Mr and Mrs. George Blrcher; two sisters and one hrother. Hazel and Albert j of York Run. and Marie of Ohio. The voung paratrooper was 23 ears of age.There Is a gold star in the window.
