He It resolved by tho Senate and General As* sembly of tbe Stale of New Jersey, That the adjutant-general Is hereby authorized to place the' name or Lydia Applegate, widow of Samuel Apple-gate, upon tbe poaston roll of tbe state, and payment to tbe said Lydia Applegate of tbe pension allowed by (bis state to soldier* of tbe war of eighteen hundred and twelve Is hereby authorized fromJanuary first, one thousand eight hundred andninety.2. And be It resolved, That this Joint resolution shall take effect immediately.ADDroved June ao. 1800. *
