Mount Union Airman Gets, • ' i ,PromotionAirman Charles R, Hardy of Mount Union, stationed with the 81st Tactical Fighter Wing at Bentwalers R.A.F, Base, England, has recently been promoted to the grade of airman first class;Charlie, a graduate of the Mount Union Area High School, Class of 1977, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force July, 1977. He.has been in England since December of 1977.He is an aircrew egress mechanic on the F * 4 Phanton Fighter lt;ejection seats). •His parents are Mr. and Mrs, Charles Hardy, Jr., of 310 S. Division St,, Mount Union.The young airman will be stationed in England until December of 1979.
