Lieutenant Waiter L. Pratt of Co. H*}First infantry, son of the late Lewis Pratt of this town, has been relieved of the duties of battalion adjutant of the Second battalion. Lieutenant Pratt has held the position for the past year and we understand has been promoted to fijrst lieutenant.
