Mm*tortileid)c!clbloachtiftll-rMy3U8-wasthehim is hoped for and anticipated,—Relatives and friends to a large number gathered at the Ferd Siegfried home Tuesday night in a farewell gathering in honor of the son, vA.rt, who departed last evening to assume the position in the merchant marine for which he recently enlisted. The young people went from the Siegfried place to the Nicklaus home where a rousing dance was held. Andrew Nicldaus also left last evoning to enter the merchant marine. ( The evening was a pleasant one for all concerned, and the boys will have the best wishes of a host of friends in their work.
